This license agreement is the standard form agreement you will find with digital art. Most of you I’m sure are familiar with it. Armorial Gold does not charge royalty fees. Your license is good for life!

By this agreement, Armorial Gold Heraldry Services grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the clipart images. You may not loan, rent, sell or otherwise transfer the right to use the images to any other person or entity. You may not simultaneously use the images on more than one computer at a time. Altering Armorial Gold Images in anyway does not void the copyright.

You agree to indemnify and hold Armorial Gold Heraldry Services harmless against any damages or liability of any kind arising from any use of the images other than the permitted uses specified in this agreement. Armorial Gold images are provided "AS IS." Armorial Gold Heraldry Services makes no warranty, either express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for any particular use, type or quality of image, or compatibility with any computer or other kind of equipment. Armorial Gold Heraldry Services shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, the images. This agreement shall be governed by International copyright treaties
